While Pope Francis celebrated with a million young people in Poland, Cardinal Wuerl joined over one thousand young adults from 30 dioceses at Krakow in the Capital. We were happy to take part in the super-fun festivities with an expo table, which allowed us to greet people and invite new volunteers.
Activities included catechetical sessions, prayers, Polish dancing, delicious Polish food, a thunder storm, Stations of the Cross, Mass and a concert with Marie Miller. We were honored to take part in the Stations of the Cross by holding the Cross during the 12th Station.
Never mind that we couldn’t go to Krakow, we had a great time at Karkow in the Capital!
